Our Team
Gordon Russell
Managing Director
- Gordon founded UnitCare Services in 1994.
- Appointed as Court Administrator since 2014 to assist dispute resolution in dysfunctional strata and community-titled groups.
- Founding Chair of the Strata Managers Division of the Real Estate Institute of SA
- Hand built several homes in the Adelaide Hills.
- Active in establishing and participating in the Brompton and City community sheds
- Volunteer at Unley and Payneham Repair Cafes
- Former Local Government Councillor.
Kathryn Brewer
HR/ Business Manager
- Twenty years experience in coaching, lecturing and facilitating workforce
solutions, Kathryn is a PCC credentialed executive coach with the International Coach Federation and holds a Graduate Diploma in Adult Education from the University of Technology, Sydney. - A dog lover and music fan, Kathryn has learning Italian on her bucket list.
Cheryl Linn
Office Manager & PA to Managing Director
- Background in financial planning services, Diploma & Cert 3 in Children’s Services & early childhood education
- Enjoys gardening, her family, attending AFL football games, volunteering and her parrot and border collie.
Graeme Bishop
Senior Body Corporate Manager
- Graeme has over twenty-seven years of experience in real estate, rental management and as a body corporate manager
- Graeme enjoys scuba diving and sailing.
Pam Proctor
Body Corporate Manager
- Background in school teaching and real estate, both in sales and property management.
- Pam loves to travel, is an avid reader, walks her poodle daily and is a passionate cookie decorator.

Natalie Drysdale
Body Corporate Manager
- Natalie is an experienced strata and facilities manager with a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of property maintenance and relationship management.
- Enjoys architecture and walking and is a foodie who loves to cook.
Grant Parke
Accounts Payable for Clients
- For some twenty years, Grant has worked in retail and the arts industry in various roles.
- Grant is a graduate with honours of the National Art School. He has won the UnitCare Moving Image Award as a part of the SALA festival here in SA. Grant has had a number of exhibitions of his work
Natalie
Reception / Administration Assistant
- Reception, client levies & payments, reconciliation of Trust Account.
- Background in customer service and retail& as community volunteer within education, environment, sport and administration sectors.
- Enjoys sewing, travel, motorsport and time with family and friends.
