Reporting

UnitCare Services has a policy of transparency with its clients.

To this end we report regularly to officers and management committeee.

Reports to Officers/Committee

  • Ledger - monthly (quarterly if requested)
  • Log (Activity Report of all activities & calls at UnitCare Office) to Treasurer - monthly (quarterly if requested)
  • Accounts for scrutiny before payment
  • Quotes for works and services as requested

In addition we report to all owners annaully and as requested.

Reports to Owners

  • Log of all activities & calls at UnitCare Office - sent with meeting notice
  • Financials - sent with meeting notice and as requested
  • Owner's ledger of payments on request - can be produced for tax year if requested
  • List of fellow owners - enables owners to contact other owners for the conduct of the Corporation's business.
